Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer The Principal ERP Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit testing, integration, acceptance testing, and implementation support. The products produced broadly apply to application customizations and enhancements, integrations and interfaces, conversions, reporting, and automated business/technical workflows. Possesses functional business process knowledge in one or more areas of Human Resources (Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Retirement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management). Works with expert knowledge of IT architectures including SaaS and PaaS cloud technologies, database, networking, and security principles to interpret business requirements and design and develop technology architecture. The Principal Developer can lead projects and work teams and mentor others, providing expert guidance in tools, methodologies, standards, and best practices. Collaborates with team members, program management, stakeholders, and Business Analysts to create end-to-end experiences from proof of concept to final product. Providence supports hybrid work for applicants who live within a daily commuting distance to one of our primary office locations listed below. Anchorage, Alaska Santa Rosa, California Los Angeles, California Irvine, California Seattle, Washington Renton, Washington Olympia, Washington Spokane, Washington Great Falls, Montana Portland, Oregon Lubbock, Texas Please note the following important details regarding this position: This role is a hybrid position, working a combination of in-office and work-from-home weekly. The weekly hybrid schedule will be defined by the manager and departmental needs. Flexibility to work a rotational on-call schedule to support system availability, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure continuity of IT operations outside standard business hours. Relocation Information: Providence is open to considering applicants who reside outside the cities listed above. Any selected candidate living more than 80 miles from one of these cities will be required to relocate prior to their established start date. Providence offers a relocation package to support the move to a designated city. Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst developer 2+ years of experience supporting finance, human resources, supply chain or payroll, Kronos, and Time Attendance modules of large ERP 4+ years of experience working with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming Experience with Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services Experience with test automation Experience with continuous integration tools such as Hudson Strong public cloud infrastructure background (Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants) Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related IS/healthcare field 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud / e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance 6+ years of experience supporting Kronos workforce management (v7+) applications 4+ years of experience with custom Kronos report development (SSRS) 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Retirement) Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound/Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas Experience with Middleware technologies (preferably Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC), integration patterns and orchestration development Experience in personalization and customization of HCM application pages Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for Oracle HCM Cloud Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices Experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development Experience in customization of Redwood pages Experience in API development and management Salary Range by Location
