UC Riverside's Housing Services is recruiting for a

Housing Administrative Analyst . The position is in-person on campus with a salary range of $68,500 - $121,900 annually; expected pay scale up to $92,000 annually. Salary offers are based on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and other business needs. Housing Services is part of Auxiliary Services and is responsible for marketing, communication, outreach; contracting and assignments; billing, reconciliation and collection processes; daily operations and administrative needs for a residential community housing over 10,000 students in a variety of owned, managed and public-private partnership (P3) properties. The Housing Administrative Analyst will report to the Senior Director of Housing Services and will provide assistance and support to the team with scheduling/meeting management, customer service, and information tracking. The role has primary responsibility for data collection, research, metrics, trends, reporting and overall analysis for areas such as applications, cancellations, occupancy, demographics and service satisfaction. It facilitates independent research, data-driven proposals, and customer-focused recommendations for the leadership team. It creates year-over-year snapshots of housing programs to document budget and workforce needs. It is responsible for maintaining a wide breadth of housing data for reporting to the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) and the University of California Regents. The position will co-manage the financial and space management processes at North District 2 for the Riverside Community College District program and ensure the accurate and transparent communication of necessary data for required State audits. It develops and maintains collaborative relationships with campus and community partners including Auxiliary Services, ITS, Campus Facilities Services, HR/HRBP, Student Business Services, and Institutional Research. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, sponsorship or takeover of sponsorship of an employment visa for staff is not available. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. Responsibilities

Develop and sustain relationships with campus and community partners (Auxiliary Services, ITS, Facilities, HR, Student Business Services, Institutional Research). Qualifications / Requirements
