We are seeking a skilled and reliable

In-House IT Specialist

to join our team. This individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications and IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in ensuring our digital infrastructure remains secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and update desktop and enterprise software applications. Ensure compatibility and compliance with company standards and policies. Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide support to end users. System Support & Troubleshooting Respond to user inquiries and provide timely technical assistance. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions. IT Security Monitor and maintain system and network security. Implement and enforce security protocols, firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data protection tools. Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Maintenance & Optimization Perform routine maintenance on company systems and software. Manage software licenses and ensure legal compliance. Work with vendors and third-party providers when necessary. User Support & Training Provide training to staff on software applications and best practices. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access levels. Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in an IT support or systems role. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications. Experience with antivirus software, firewalls, and other cybersecurity tools. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). Health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), holiday pay
