Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional floating Leasing Consultant for a full-time (40 hours per week) position at apartment communities in Maryland. Renaissance Square and The Residences at Springbook are both tax-credit multifamily communities. This is a full-time floating position, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Responsibilities Reception duties Customer service Office phone/file management Other office duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of prior property management Leasing Consultant experience Tax Credit housing experience is a plus Motivated and sales oriented Good communication skills and energetic personality Must have a state-issued license and reliable transportation
