Responsibilities include tagging, tracking, and reconciling IT and office equipment; updating asset management systems; preparing inventory reports; and supporting property transfers and audits. 9 Skill set info The contractor shall:
1. Maintain and update asset tracking records in the designated system (e.g., Sunflower, Maximo, or agency-specific tools)
2. Perform physical inventory of equipment at government sites
3. Apply barcode tags and update asset records accordingly
4. Identify and report any missing, misplaced, or unaccounted-for equipment
5. Coordinate with staff for equipment check-in/check-out procedures
6. Support property transfers, excessing, and disposal processes
7. Prepare reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and corrective actions
8.
