IBSS is seeking Property Asset and Management Support to perform a full range of property and asset management functions for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Office of Space Commerce. Key Responsibilities

Property inventory. Maintenance of property database (Sunflower). Support for processes to excess obsolete property. Support for facilities and space requirements to ensure efficient and effective operations of office environments at the office locations. Coordination with NOAA Facilities office to ensure that door keys, door signage, etc., are provided at the project/office locations. Visitor escorting and conference room assistance. Maintain an online filing system with access. Required Skills / Education / Certifications & Qualifications

Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience. Experience providing property and asset management support within a government context. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience with the Sunflower system. Experience with Smartsheet. Prior NOAA, NASA, or DOC experience is a plus. About IBSS Corp.
