We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruiter
to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals across a wide range of specialties. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to support our organizations mission of delivering quality healthcare services. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, therapists, technicians). Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Paylocity). Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, credentialing, and background check processes. Attend job fairs, healthcare conferences, and networking events to promote employer brand. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand roles and hard-to-fill positions. Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and a professional recruitment process. Requirements Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with healthcare roles, licensing, and credentialing requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Preferred: Experience recruiting for a hospital, clinic, or healthcare staffing agency. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and workforce challenges. Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP Key Competencies: Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Proactive and results-driven mindset. Team player with the ability to work independently.
