About the Role
Were seeking a
Preconstruction Manager
to lead early-phase project efforts and client engagement for commercial construction projects across education, healthcare, and other market sectors. This role is responsible for managing preconstruction services, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring a smooth transition from design to construction. What Youll Do Oversee the preconstruction phase of secured projects, from conceptual estimates to logistics planning. Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to provide accurate cost and feasibility data. Prepare bid packages, conceptual estimates, subcontractor analysis, and constructability reviews. Develop site-specific logistics plans and preliminary project schedules. Manage and mentor preconstruction staff, while supporting Operations during the construction phase. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience
in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of project feasibility, cost data, and subcontractor management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
