Job Description
Serve as the primary liaison with clients and design teams throughout the preconstruction phase. Lead internal teams in preparing cost estimates, conceptual budgets, schedules, and bid packages. Provide constructability reviews, value management, and solutions for cost/schedule risks. Guide negotiations and proposal development for new project pursuits. Oversee preconstruction turnover documentation and facilitate seamless transition to operations. Monitor design development, labor, and material pricing trends to ensure budgets and timelines remain on track. Support operations during construction regarding commitments made in preconstruction. Maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business opportunities. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant preconstruction or project management experience. Strong estimating, scheduling, and contract knowledge across complex, ground-up projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project; familiarity with PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM software is a plus. Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and build trusted client relationships. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. What's on Offer
