(or similar MAP/CRM platform) Familiarity with
ABM tools , intent data platforms, and ad networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo) Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, content, and ops teams Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

Unlimited Systems is seeking a
Demand Generation Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline across our core verticals in specialty healthcare. This is a key role in our growing marketing team, where you will be responsible for building multi-channel campaigns, testing acquisition strategies, and collaborating closely with sales to convert demand into revenue. we want to hear from you. Duties and Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of
multi-channel demand generation campaigns
(email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, etc.) Design and manage
ABM programs
targeting high-value accounts by specialty (Oncology, AIC, Rheum, etc.) Launch and optimize
LinkedIn Ads , display, and retargeting campaigns aligned to buyer stages Collaborate with content and product marketing to ensure campaigns reflect positioning and value proposition
Funnel Optimization & Lead Management
Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and lead handoff criteria Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure
HubSpot
campaign workflows, lead scoring, and nurture logic are properly configured Continuously optimize programs based on performance, testing subject lines, creative, and CTAs Build and maintain
tight alignment with the sales team
support outbound, share warm leads, and contribute to pipeline goals Provide visibility into campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics Develop enablement content such as 1-pagers, battlecards, and talk tracks for reps
Reporting & Insights
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on
pipeline influence, MQL/SQL conversion, and CAC Recommend strategic adjustments based on data insights and evolving market conditions Test and validate new demand gen channels and tactics (e.g., content syndication, review platforms, intent tools)
Compensation Plan
