Demand Generation Manager

SPOTIO is seeking a strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to execute our growth strategy across our Mid-Market and SMB segments. In this role, you'll serve as a key cross-functional driver, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to create integrated demand generation programs that deliver qualified accounts, accelerate pipeline velocity, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a growth-minded marketer with deep expertise in B2B SaaS, a strong command of marketing technology tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay, and a track record of owning performance across multi-channel programs, including LinkedIn and Google Ads. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize full-funnel demand generation strategies to support pipeline and revenue targets. Own and execute paid acquisition campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on targeting key accounts and buyer personas. Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital advertising, content syndication, email, direct mail, webinars, events, and the website. Collaborate with Sales leadership, SDRs, CX, and Product to ensure full-funnel alignment and campaign efficacy. Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and nurture sequences in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and intent data platforms. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce, HubSpot, and other reporting tools; deliver insights and recommendations that improve conversion and ROI. Oversee and optimize demand generation budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum campaign impact. Support website optimization initiatives focused on user journey, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and SEO to drive quality inbound demand. Help manage and scale ABM programs tailored to high-value accounts within defined ICPs.
