GENERAL FUNCTION

The Manager HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to Leadership Operations, driving the execution of key EssilorLuxottica HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, compensation planning, and employee relations. Serving as a critical strategic partner to leadership, this role will build capability, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and deliver measurable results that enhance both people and business performance.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Be a trusted HR partner to Operations leaders by aligning people strategies with business goals to execute initiatives that boost performance, efficiency, and productivity Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to engage with shifting business priorities and evolving workforce needs Coach and advise leaders on leadership skills, decision-making, and team development to impact overall organizational capability Lead workforce planning by using financial and operational insights to right-size staffing, control labor costs, and improve efficiency Analyze workforce data (headcount, scheduling, productivity, etc.) to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities to manage costs and deliver measurable results Work with leaders to spot organizational and talent gaps and help design and implement practical workforce solutions that solve real business challenges Support talent initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, and pay-for-performance to keep pipelines strong and build bench strength Drive employee engagement with proactive strategies and action plans that build stronger culture, accountability, and retention Guide leaders and teams through change initiatives-acquisitions, restructurings, or process overhauls. Provide hands-on guidance to leaders on employee relations, including performance, conduct, and conflict resolution Lead highly complex employee relations issues and partner with the Employee Relations team on Tier 3 cases to ensure employee matters are handled consistently, compliantly, and fairly while promoting a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace Collaborate across functions to implement consistent HR practices and foster continuous improvement. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to bring scalable, consistent solutions that drive ongoing impact and organizational improvement BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or HR Manager role within Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution Proven success leading change, boosting engagement, and coaching leaders to build stronger teams and capabilities Strong communicator and trusted partner who can influence and collaborate effectively at all levels in complex, matrixed environments Skilled at analyzing data, problem solving, and ability to handle sensitive issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to travel up to 40% domestically PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced HR certification (SHRM or HRCI certification) Bilingual capabilities

(Spanish) Experience supporting large-scale and/or multi-site operational environments with complex workforce needs

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
