EssilorLuxottica Location: Sweden or Denmark Are you passionate about sports, logistics, and delivering top-tier customer service? EssilorLuxottica is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sport Support Specialist to join our growing team! About the Role As a Sport Support Specialist, you will be the key link between our clients, logistics, and commercial teams. You'll manage the full order lifecycle, ensure timely deliveries, and provide outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to assigned sport accounts Assist Sales Representatives with order management and customer queries Oversee the order process from entry to final delivery Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer data Attend client meetings and events, both locally and internationally Identify and resolve order discrepancies (e.g., discounts, credits, missing items) Support EDI setup and flows with clients Contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives Who You Are Experienced in customer service and support roles A proactive team player with strong organizational skills Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken Proficient in Excel, with basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint Adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to learn Bonus if you have experience with SAP and familiarity with EDI systems You'll Work Closely With Commercial and Operations teams Credit Control, Logistics, and Planning departments Clients and transport carriers What We Offer A dynamic, international work environment Opportunities for growth within a global brand A flexible hybrid work setup A supportive and collaborative team culture Ready to take the next step in your career and make an impact in the world of sports retail?
