ZEROs Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising is a vital part of the national Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Team. The Coordinator delivers high-quality customer service and multi-tasking support for ZEROs signature fundraising events, including the Run/Walk Series, Peaks Challenge, Endurance Team, and Fundraise Your Own Way program. The role requires juggling multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and managing ordering, processes, and success of all signature fundraising programs. Key Duties/Responsibilities

Providing excellent and quick customer service through the fundraising hotline and email accounts to external constituents. Create detailed supply lists and ordering schedules for each event type (e.g., t-shirts, signage, event materials, awards). Research and recommend vendors for event supplies, negotiating favorable pricing and terms. Manage event supply budgets and track expenses against projections. Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of supplies. Ensure proper sponsor recognition on all required event deliverables (logos on websites, shirts, marketing materials, etc.). Work closely with the Marketing team to approve and quality-control email content for all signature peer-to-peer fundraising programs. Manage Run/Walk outreach via Ringless Voicemail and texting platform to retain past participants and coach current participants. Secure event insurance for all peer-to-peer fundraising events as needed. Collaborate with Field Development and Marketing teams to understand requirements and needs. Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge and experience supporting events and participants. Ability to effectively communicate ZEROs mission and persuade others to support the cause. Strong multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset. Knowledge of peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising software. Ability to analyze, design, and implement efficient operational processes that maximize productivity while minimizing resource expenditure. Identifies opportunities for streamlining workflows and sustainable systems that enhance event effectiveness. Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams/departments and with participants of all ages. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 1-3 years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising events or development. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with participants, donors, and staff members. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a customer service role or development within a nonprofit organization. Familiarity with Asana, P2P Fundraising Platforms (Blackbaud TeamRaiser, Luminate, RENXT), CRM, Google Suite, and Slack. Understanding of fundraising principles and donor stewardship. Physical Requirements

Constant use of a computer and office productivity equipment. Professional, quiet working environment suitable for high-quality phone support. Prolonged periods of a stationary position (at least 50%). Ability to recognize details at close range for extended periods. Ability to communicate information clearly so others understand. Benefits

This position is remote and applicants may reside anywhere in the United States. Nationwide travel is required approximately 10% of the time (once per quarter).
