Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report on key recruiting metrics. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
