Overview

Established company is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on a Direct Hire basis in the greater Pasadena, CA area. This role is in person with a pay ranging from $50-58k annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Assist in drafting job postings and sourcing candidates
• Support onboarding activities and background checks
• Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports for leadership
• Help organize recruiting events and career fairs

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
