Location: Randolph, MA (Hybrid Eligible) Full-Time | Human Resources Team Responsibilities
Lead fair, thorough investigations into employee concerns and allegations of employee misconduct Advise managers and staff on investigation outcomes and next step Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all investigations and employee relations matters including notes and reports Identify trends arising from investigations and recommend solutions to promote a positive work culture Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field or commensurate experience 35 years experience in employee relations or workplace investigations Strong knowledge of employment laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.) Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion What We Offer
