You will own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships, among other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Responsibilities AAA Membership : Offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles. Members value AAA for roadside assistance and discounts on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel, and auto care. Property and Casualty Insurance : Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, flood, RV, boat, motorcycle, and commercial lines. Access to brokered products from top-rated carriers helps serve diverse needs. Life Insurance : Sell term, universal life, whole life, and annuities. AAA Life Insurance has an A- rating from A.M. Best. Required Skills Support throughout the process, including detailed onboarding, training (both in-person and virtual), and resources for business development, financial management, and team building. Our team provides guidance on agency launch and growth, ensuring compliance and sustainability. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.
