Overview
AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. Location: Hammond, IN. You’ll own and grow a multi-line insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products.
Products and Coverage You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. Products include Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. You’ll also have access to brokered products from multiple carriers (varies by state).
Education and Support
Onboarding and deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards
Comprehensive education with a blend of in-person and virtual training on core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems
Resources to grow your business: staff, financial management, business planning, and access to a network of experienced EAs and other experts
Compensation and Benefits
100% incentive-based compensation with competitive new-business and renewal commissions
Bonus programs to support growth (Education/Training Bonus, Launch Bonus, Marketing Reimbursement)
Complementary lead programs linked to AAA membership databases
Strong ongoing support throughout the process
