The Swift Group is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Herndon, VA. Responsibilities
Deploy and maintain AWS infrastructure for multiple development teams. Automate deployment of the entire infrastructure using CloudFormation and Ansible. Manage scripts and templates in GitHub with version control. Assist security with implementing controls to ensure compliance. Monitor servers and infrastructure for issues and set up/maintain Jenkins pipelines. Qualifications
3+ years of relevant DevOps experience. Experience managing Elastic Load Balancers (ELBs) and Auto Scaling Groups with AWS EC2. Experience setting up alarms, dashboards, and alerts with AWS CloudWatch. Experience managing files and permissions in AWS S3. Experience building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CloudFormation using YAML templates. Bash scripting experience. Ability to build, run, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. Experience using Ansible for server automation. Strong knowledge of git and version control for IaC in GitHub. Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required. Desired Experience
Setting up API Gateway and AWS Lambda functions. Experience working with SQS and SNS. Experience setting up and managing Kubernetes infrastructure. Experience working with multiple teams. Experience working in an Agile environment on two-week sprints. AWS Certification. Company and Compliance

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00 Pay ranges are a general guideline and not guaranteed final compensation. Determination of official compensation depends on factors including position level, responsibilities, location, experience, education, certifications, contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
