Senior Benefits Analyst

to join a collaborative and tenure-focused team. This role is ideal for a benefits professional who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, values long-term impact, and is eager to contribute to the evolution of retirement programs and digital transformation. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries. Collaborate with payroll, finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure accurate benefit-related deductions and vendor payments. Maintain accurate records for employee paychecks, W2s, and internal systems. Conduct audits and implement internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance. Monitor and interpret federal regulations; recommend updates to maintain compliance. Audit and troubleshoot data interfaces between vendors and HRIS/Payroll systems. Administer benefit-related systems and maintain plan documents and contracts. Identify and implement process improvements to support organizational growth. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic benefits decisions. Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendor relationships. Provide backup support for other benefits team members as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in benefits, HR, or a related field. Experience with 401(k) programs required; pension exposure beneficial but not mandatory. Proven ability to support transitions from pension to 401(k) match programs. Benefits-related certification is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. High attention to detail and analytical thinking. Demonstrated adaptability to AI-driven tools and process innovation. Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Work Environment

Standard office criteria (remote flexibility available). No special physical requirements.
