As a
Benefits Analyst , you will analyze employee benefits data, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the HR team with reporting and system updates. You will work with HRIS platforms to manage benefits records, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights to improve employee experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze benefits data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. HRIS Management: Maintain and update benefits information in systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, or Benefitfocus. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits related to benefits programs. Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to benefits processes and systems based on data insights. Employee Support: Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to resolve employee issues and provide accurate information. Carrier Coordination: Communicate with insurance providers and third-party administrators to verify data and resolve discrepancies. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of benefits changes, enrollments, and terminations. Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field preferred. Experience: 3+ years in benefits analysis, HR operations, or related roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, etc.). Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in documentation and reporting. Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and integrity. Why Join Us?
