POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) will be a key participant in the management of the Crystal Farms brand. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this position is responsible for driving growth through the activation of business insights, cross-functional team leadership, growth planning and innovation, and effective communication. This marketing opportunity will require the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, multi-task, and keeping various projects on track. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be required to keep other functional areas apprised of and engaged in teams initiatives. The position requires an ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and the flexibility to seek alternative solutions to keep projects on track. The ability to analyze information to draw insights and conclusions and make tactical business decisions is essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Utilize syndicated data, as well as consumer and shopper insights, to deeply understand the business and deliver strategic recommendations around health of the brand, pricing, and the consumer/customer story Demonstrate your understanding of brand/business strategy and the basics of a brand P&L. Use sound rationale to make business recommendations amid ambiguity or incomplete information. Provide consumer, category, and competitive insights to create compelling, targeted selling stories, in partnership with Sales and Category Management Manage new product development and product maintenance projects, partnering with the Project Management Office and the cross-functional team. Leverage historical syndicated and shipment data to build sales forecasts for the existing product portfolio and new products Prepare monthly reporting analyses on brand performance KPIs using syndicated market data, digital marketing data, and custom consumer research data; deliver key takeaways and opportunities to a leadership audience Assist the Senior Brand Manager and Associate Director in developing a compelling brand strategy, annual brand plans, and the creation of concise agency creative briefs. Lead the day-to-day management of agency partners to develop efficient and strategic shopper marketing programs across retailers Provide pricing and promotion analysis to inform annual and quarterly pricing strategy Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with various levels of the organization Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Education: Bachelors Degree required, MBA Preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing management of consumer-packaged goods Knowledge of consumer retail marketing, advertising, sales, trade and consumer promotion, market analysis, market research, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic business planning.
