We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to join our team onsite in Fairfield, NJ. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in Human Resources who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both pre-hire and post-hire processes. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and supporting various HR administrative functions. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
and/or
3+ years of HR experience.
Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Experience with
HRIS systems
such as
ADP Workforce Now
is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Hire Coordination: Send templated emails to hiring managers and HR Business Partners upon candidate offer acceptance.
Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
Send onboarding instructions and welcome communications to new hires.
Initiate ServiceNow tickets for new hire access requests.
Track new hires on the HR Planner Board and ensure real-time updates.
Conduct employment verifications as needed.
Post-Hire Support: Enter new hire information into
ADP .
Send welcome kits and assist with business card requests.
Provide ongoing support for new employee needs and questions.
Reporting & Administrative Tasks: Generate and send reports to Marketing (new hires, promotions, anniversaries).
Submit quarterly reports to Snappy.
Process invoices in Onbase and resolve any past due notices.
Monitor the HR inbox daily and respond or forward messages appropriately.
Coordinate and send condolence baskets when needed.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
This is a fully
onsite role
based in
Fairfield, NJ .
Candidates must be within a
commutable distance
and able to work in-office daily.
Pay Details:
