Our client in Morris County, NJ is looking for an HR Generalist Manager with experience in strategic initiatives. This role will support business outcomes by managing human resources operations, cultivating a positive work environment, leading recruitment efforts, and overseeing office functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Administration
Administer HR platforms such as ADP in partnership with HR for documentation, training, workflows, and policy updates
Coordinate with legal advisors on employment agreements, separations, and compliance
Work with Finance to handle payroll, 401(k) plans, and bi-weekly compensation cycles
Compensation & Benefits
Manage employee benefit programs, including fringe offerings
Collaborate with insurance brokers to oversee onboarding, offboarding, leave management, COBRA, and health plan budgeting
Talent Acquisition
Lead recruitment for new roles and address employee turnover
Analyze and adjust compensation structures using market data and salary benchmarks
Introduce automation in hiring processes and maintain candidate engagement
Employee Lifecycle Management
Organize onboarding logistics including email setup, system access, SAP ID, and tools
Support cultural integration initiatives in collaboration with LAM
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures
Organizational Development & HR Business Partnering
Monitor performance metrics and support feedback programs such as "Speak Up"
Ensure compliance with internal policies and coordinate corporate events, training sessions, and employee data projects
Office Operations
Oversee vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and health and safety compliance
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
Track ESG-related activities and contribute to the organizations sustainability goals
Stakeholder Engagement
External: Consultants, legal professionals, vendors, recruiters, ADP
Internal: All affiliate employees

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in human resources roles
Experience supporting multi state employee bases

Pay Details:
$100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
