Responsibilities Lead follow-up Team and individual sales Training Follow the team plan Lead follow-up Execute consultations BRE signed CRM and database mastery Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Qualifications

A real estate license is required Good communication Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to travel by car Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree preferred Compensation
