The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team: The Global Process Owner for Time & Labor Management is responsible for driving alignment and integration. This position requires shared services expertise Time & Labor and Payroll with a strong focus on systems thinking, transformational leadership, and automation, while providing expertise on best practices and industry trends. What You Will Do: Strategy & Vision: Design and develop a long-term strategy aligned with industry best practices as well as industry organizations to ensure our processes, tools, policies are aligned to industry standards. Best Practices: Aligned with industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to maintain and drive a world-class operation. Innovation: Identify opportunities (leveraging GenAI, automation and other technologies) to enhance efficiency, reduce processing time & costs, ensure compliance controls, and improve employee experience. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local regulations, managing risks and mitigating potential issues. Operational Excellence: In partnership with the CORE organization, optimize operations across all regions, ensuring timely and accurate operations for a global workforce. Leadership: This role is an individual contributor, but this leader will influence service line leaders as well as develop credibility with stakeholders on proposed new ways or working to challenge the status quo. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including functional areas such as HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and external vendors, to ensure seamless operations and integration with other business processes. Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to provide insights and reporting on operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications You Must Have: Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 12 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 10 years experience. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in shared services, consulting, expertise in domain area with at least 10 years in a global leadership role within a large, complex organization. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
