Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

to serve as its

Director of Clinical Services

for Northstar Square. Our Director of Clinical Services oversees the delivery of high-quality resident care in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. Demonstrate positive customer service and uphold community standards for quality care and service Incorporate wellness philosophy and standards into staff evaluations Provide direct resident care/services and medication management as needed Complete and maintain accurate health assessments and updated care plans for each resident Guide resident care/service management approaches Ensure community compliance with medication management procedures per state and company guidelines Participate in Quality Improvement Committees, including Resident Care, Infection Control, and Safety Serve as Infection Control Coordinator, following OSHA safety guidelines Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current state license as RN or LPN At least two years' management experience in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing, with knowledge of elderly disease processes and dementia care Knowledge of geriatric resident care practices, assessments, and care planning Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills with residents, families, and healthcare teams Organizational and time management skills Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Minimum two years' supervisory/management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of adult care regulations at federal, state, and local levels Benefits
