Navion Senior Solutions, a rapidly growing owner and operator of assisted living and memory care communities across the Southeast, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as its Director of Clinical Services for the Legacy at Southpointe Drive. Our Director of Clinical Services oversees resident care quality in an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. Responsibilities
Ensure community compliance with medication management procedures according to state and company guidelines. Provide direct resident care/services and medication management when indicated. Maintain accurate health assessments and updated service plans for each resident. Demonstrate positive customer service relations and uphold quality care standards. Incorporate wellness philosophy into staff evaluation processes. Serve on Quality Improvement Committees including Resident Care, Infection Control, and Safety. Act as Infection Control Coordinator following OSHA guidelines. Minimum Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current state license as a Registered Nurse or LPN. At least two years' management experience in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing, with knowledge of elderly disease processes and dementia care. Knowledge of nursing practices for geriatric residents. Understanding of resident assessments and care planning. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Two years supervisory/management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software. Knowledge of relevant adult care regulations. Benefits
