We’re looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner
to join our team and play a key role in supporting both salaried and hourly employees. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and partnering with managers to create a positive and productive workplace. What You’ll Do
Be a go-to resource for employees on day-to-day HR matters (timecards, benefits, policies, etc.). Partner with managers to provide coaching, training, and support on employee-related issues. Collaborate with leaders to understand business goals and provide guidance on workforce initiatives, succession planning, and organizational needs. Help resolve workplace matters in a fair, consistent, and professional way. Contribute to programs that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention. Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding). Use HR data and trends to guide decisions and recommend improvements. What We’re Looking For
5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or business partner capacity. Background supporting both salaried and hourly employees. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and solutions-oriented. Ability to work with managers at all levels and provide practical guidance. Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment basics. Applicants must have valid work authorization for the location of hire.
