Overview

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits/Data Entry Administrator to support patient services for a nonprofit healthcare organization in Duluth, GA. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact patients to renew their benefits and accurately document the information. Responsibilities

Call patients to renew or update benefits information. Accurately enter and maintain data in the Positive Impact system. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams as needed. Qualifications

Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be approved by the client before assignment. Additional Requirements

Must pass a Drug Screen, TB Test, and Background Check Job Type
