Maintenance Technician
Coordinate maintenance functions and activities required on plant production and facilities equipment and systems. Perform planned maintenance under direct supervision and participate in the pre- and post-planned readiness of parts and tools. Shift: M-F 5am - 4:30 pm Responsibilities
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment, parts, and components. Assist manufacturing and maintenance teams in cleaning equipment. Perform standard fabrication tasks. Provide technical support in welding, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Conduct standard preventive maintenance activities. Build and modify jigs and manufacturing-related fixtures. Mentor co-workers with hands-on knowledge. Assist in equipment installation, demolition, and decontamination. Follow written and oral instructions accurately. Essential Skills
In-depth knowledge of practices, tools, equipment, and materials used in the maintenance of manufacturing and facilities equipment. Minimum of four years of electrical maintenance experience required; manufacturing experience preferred. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting and programming with Allen-Bradley and Siemens. Basic robotics maintenance and support for systems like FANUC and ABB. VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) configuration and diagnostics. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles. Basic IT skills for using tablets, maintenance software, and digital tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collinsville, Oklahoma. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
