Danaher Life Sciences . This is a remote-based position where you will play a critical role in advancing our commercial objectives for the specific product line. Accountable for achieving and exceeding total sales and profit within targeted customers across the entire Leica Biosystems (LBS) product portfolio. Contribute to the commercial success of the North American sales organization; develop, maintain, and execute an Enterprise Account Strategy for targeted and assigned accounts. Identify, develop, and maintain high-value relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels within target clients (Executives, health system leadership, reference laboratory leadership, GPO leadership, and other stakeholders). Develop and present business proposals to meet complex needs; gain wide and deep penetration with senior client decision-makers. Coordinate the involvement of internal teams (field sales, Marketing, Executive Health System Executives, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, and other support) to meet and exceed account performance objectives and customer expectations. Share evolving industry trends to identify strategic opportunities. Lead a joint internal strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance action plans, market share objectives, financial targets, and milestones up to a three-to-five-year horizon for targeted customers. Profile accounts and maximize portfolio value to achieve targets; build a robust funnel and accelerate the sales cycle. Proactively assess and validate customer needs; lead solution development with necessary company personnel; act as Brand Ambassador for the LBS portfolio and Danaher cross-operating company initiatives; reflect LBS and Danaher core values in all actions. Essential Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 10 years of complex healthcare and laboratory diagnostics sales experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience engaging C-Level and executive decision-makers to drive growth in complex enterprise accounts. Proven ability to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships in clinical, operational, and financial healthcare and laboratory workstreams. Strong solution-based selling, negotiation, closing, and account management skills. Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and manage variables in non-standardized environments. Travel and Driving

Ability to travel 75-90% and overnight travel as needed for accounts, meetings, trade shows, conferences, and training. Extensive travel within the assigned geography. Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications

MBA preferred Sales experience (minimum 5 years) in Corporate/Strategic/National Accounts within medical/healthcare sectors (Clinical or Research). Experience in Molecular, Anatomic Pathology, NGS, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, and Precision Medicine is ideal. Knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders in IDNs, National Reference Labs, Federal Government, Distribution, and GPOs. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range is $140,000 - $170,000, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay. A comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
