This remote-based role advances our commercial objectives for the specified product line. Responsibilities Sales and Profit Achievement: Accountable for achieving and exceeding total sales and profit within targeted customers across the entirety of the Leica Biosystems (LBS) product portfolio. Develop, maintain, and execute an Enterprise Account Strategy for targeted and assigned accounts; contribute to the North American sales organizations commercial success. Complex Customer Relationship Development: Identify, develop, and maintain high-value relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels within target clients. Develop and present customer business proposals to meet complex needs; gain wide and deep penetration with senior client decision-makers. Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate involvement of field sales specialists, Marketing, executives, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, and other support teams to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations. Share evolving trends to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships. Strategic and Enterprise Account Management: Lead joint internal strategic account planning to develop performance plans, market share objectives, financial targets, and milestones over quarterly, annual, and multi-year horizons. Profile accounts, leverage the portfolio value proposition, and maximize field impact and funnel progression. Active Listening and Solution Development: Assess and validate customer needs, coordinate with necessary personnel, and drive solutions that address those needs. Represent and sell the entire LBS portfolio to stakeholders while reflecting LBS and Danaher core values.

Essential requirements

BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 10 years of complex healthcare and laboratory diagnostics sales experience. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience engaging C-Level and Executive decision-makers in driving growth for complex enterprise accounts. Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships in clinical, operational, and financial healthcare/laboratory workstreams. Solution-based selling/presentation skills, executive relationship-building, negotiation, closing, and account management skills. Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and navigate variables with limited standardization.

Travel and driving requirements

Ability to travel 75-90%; overnight travel may be required for customer coverage, meetings, trade shows, conferences, and training. Extensive travel within the assigned geography. Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred qualifications

MBA is a plus. Sales experience (minimum 5 years) within Corporate/Strategic/National Accounts in medical/healthcare sectors (Clinical or Research). Areas such as Molecular, Anatomic Pathology, NGS, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, and Precision Medicine are ideal. Strong knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders in IDNs, National Reference Labs, Federal Government, Distribution, and GPOs.

Compensation and benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay. Leica Biosystems offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
