Overview
Sales Operations Compensation Analyst at Arrive. This role supports the Off-Street Business Unit and works with the BU Leader, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to administer and analyze sales incentive plans that drive performance and align with business objectives. The position reports to the Senior Sales Compensation Manager. Responsibilities
Compensation Administration
Help manage the end-to-end incentive compensation process by extracting and validating sales performance data, processing payments in alignment with plan rules, and ensuring accuracy through rigorous checks and cross-system reconciliations. Run detailed analysis on compensation plan performance at the product level and market type level (e.g., Hardware, Pay Stations for off-street open lots, MPP, etc.) to identify trends, measure ROI and recommend plan adjustments. Design and implement audit frameworks for continuous review of compensation data, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to payout release. Partner with Finance and Payroll to guarantee the accurate and timely disbursement of incentive payments, accelerators, and spiffs.
Communication & Collaboration
Respond to inquiries from sales reps and managers regarding plan structure, performance tracking, exception requests, and payout details.
Governance & Compliance
Maintain comprehensive documentation of compensation plans, processes, policies, and calculations to support transparency and audit-readiness. Partner with HR and Finance to address compensation-related inquiries and disputes. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and audit guidelines.
Who You Are (Required)
Minimum 2-5 years experience supporting sales compensation. Minimum 2-5 years hands-on experience with a sales compensation software platform (e.g., Xactly, Spiff). Has supported sales compensation for a team of at least 50 or more sellers and leaders. Strong understanding of sales incentive structures such as quotas, accelerators, draws, and spiffs. Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets including complex formulas, lookup functions, IF statements, pivot tables, and data analysis. You will be comparing, merging, and auditing large data files across systems. Ability to follow, improve, and document processes that result in improved quality, accuracy, and compliance to sales incentives. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical field. Experience working in a global sales organization or across multiple geographies. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). About Us
