Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Technology KPMG US. KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Technology to join our Talent & Culture organization. Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to manage talent acquisition technology and process initiatives. Promote system adoption and utilize new functionalities; analyze, implement and manage systems and technical tools, consulting on design, process decisions strategies for system implementations and defining requirements. Research, identify, and recommend improvement and innovation opportunities for implementation by talent acquisition leaders Manage applicant configuration/access permissions, interfaces, and ensure technology efficiency and effectiveness Support talent acquisition policies, procedures, templates and KPIs; oversee application releases and upgrades Prefer experience with enterprise GenAI initiatives, focusing on regulatory compliance and internal governance Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience combined in information technology, talent acquisition, and contingent worker processes/technology Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; PMP certification preferred Experience with recruiting technologies such as applicant tracking systems (such as Avature ATS, SAP, Workday, iCIMS), recruiting contact management systems, and Vendor Management Systems (Beeline experience desired) Proven ability to manage projects in a matrixed environment with geographically dispersed stakeholders; coordinate with leadership to translate business needs into effective IT recruiting strategies Demonstrated success as a results-oriented performer capable of managing multiple timelines while remaining client-focused Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity Benefits and Compliance
