Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial interior projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to ensure accurate pricing. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients during preconstruction. Track market pricing trends and maintain relationships with vendors and subs. 3-7 years of estimating experience in commercial interiors or related construction. Strong understanding of finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and NYC building codes. Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel). Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and confident in client-facing interactions. What's On Offer
