Location: My Neighbor Felix – Centennial, Colorado
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Open Availability Required) Position Summary:
My Neighbor Felix is seeking a high-energy, guest-focused Food Runner/Expo to join our front-of-house team in Centennial. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience by supporting servers and ensuring guests receive their food promptly, accurately, and with excellent presentation. This is a front-of-house position that provides direct guest support and works exclusively in guest-facing areas of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Deliver food and beverages from service stations to guest tables quickly and accurately. Ensure food presentation and table placements are correct according to guest orders. Assist servers in monitoring tables and supporting guest needs throughout their visit. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and guest areas. Support the team with running side work, restocking service areas, and completing end-of-shift duties. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner as part of the front-of-house service team. Qualifications: Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages. Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Ability to speak, read, and understand English to ensure clear guest communication and service accuracy.* Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
