Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Analyst / Financial Analyst to support a national portfolio of retail, office, and mixed-use properties. This role will work closely with senior leadership across acquisitions, asset management, and leasing to evaluate investment opportunities, conduct market research, and provide financial and operational analysis. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models (Excel, ARGUS) for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Prepare cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, DSCR analyses, and scenario testing. Conduct market and submarket research using tools such as CoStar, Trepp, and Placer.ai. Support due diligence including lease review, tenant/guarantor analysis, and third-party reports. Assist with asset management tracking (lease expirations, rent escalations, performance vs. underwriting). Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, lenders, and investors. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (Masters preferred). 35+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or asset management. Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills; ARGUS knowledge preferred. Strong analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Interest and background in retail commercial real estate is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $80,000 $120,000 (commensurate with experience). Annual performance-based bonus eligibility. Comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and holidays.
