Responsibilities:
Research property maintenance and renovation costs for clients Compare properties to determine fair market prices Provide market research to clients for informed decisions Handle client negotiations and transactions, ensuring accurate paperwork Respond promptly to customer inquiries Participate in education and certification programs Drive business growth through proactive outreach, cold calls, meetings, and industry events Assist with investment analysis, valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions Build and maintain client relationships Negotiate exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements
Qualifications:
Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Strong marketing, sales, and advertising skills Proven negotiation and communication skills Independent, motivated, and self-sufficient Real estate license required
Compensation:
