Join Our Team as a Recruiter in Human Resources! Were excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and people-focused team member to step into the role of Recruiter. In this position, youll play a key part in identifying top talent, supporting hiring managers, and helping shape the future of our workforce. Responsibilities
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and organizational needs. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. Screen applications and select qualified candidates. Schedule interviews; prepare interview questions and other hiring materials. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. High School Diploma or GED. Recruiting experience preferred, not required. Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 lbs. Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
