The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage work migration activities within the Oil and Gas industry. Develop and implement flow charts to map business and work processes. Lead discussions with customer to understand requirements and map out supporting documentations Get appropriate alignment and approval from customers Interface with India execution team to understand execution plan and communicate with customer stakeholders Standardize work processes by utilizing industry best practices. Coordinate work activities to align with business expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio to support project documentation and communication. Apply strong business acumen to understand and align project goals with business objectives. Required Skills and Experience Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong business acumen Experience with SharePoint Proficiency in Visio for creating detailed flow charts Qualifications: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering. 5+ years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry (Good to have field experience in a Refinery or Upstream production plant). Proven track record in maintenance, integrity, reliability or project engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in project management or a related field. Experience with other project management tools and software. Pay Range: $60K to $75K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, TX You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
