The Marketing Innovations Team identifies and develops new marketing channels with high growth potential. The team is data-driven, creative, and focused on scalable marketing programs to keep Agoda’s leadership in emerging channels. You will work with analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists from diverse backgrounds and locations. What you’ll do

Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's new and emerging marketing channels Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth Partner with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management What you’ll need to succeed

Extensive Experience: 3-5 years in a Data Analyst role or in projects involving big data — preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics and Finance is a plus Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations. Proficient in BI tools and data warehouses (e.g., SQL, Tableau, MS Excel) Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex challenges non-linearly, navigate the organization to gather information, and implement innovative solutions Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with strong commercial acumen Nice to have

Experience in digital or social media marketing Experience in hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysis Equal Opportunity Employer
