Lead Project Execution : Manage projects from planning through delivery, acting as the central liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity around deliverables, timelines, budgets, and strategic goals. Schedule & Risk Management : Communicate project schedules and updates to all stakeholders. Monitor progress to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Project Tools & Tracking : Utilize project management platforms to build and maintain timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Team Alignment : Facilitate project meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on methodology, goals, and progress tracking. Resource Allocation : Manage project resources within budget, flagging scope changes or out-of-scope requests to the Account Lead and client. Documentation & Budgeting : Develop materials, statements of work (SOWs), program budgets, and reconciliations with precision and clarity. Team Development : Support onboarding and training of Managers and Coordinators. Delegate tasks and oversee execution to ensure quality and timely delivery. Compliance Oversight : Ensure all MLR/FDA approvals are completed on schedule and that content meets client expectations and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

3-5 years of account/project direction experience within a medical communications or medical advertising agency. Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products and knowledge of regulations and program implementation procedures High level of business acumen, financial awareness and negotiation skills Client intimacy mindset Experience in end-to-end project development, from ideation through implementation Proven ability in organicbusiness development, including crafting tactical recommendations Expertise in Scope of Work (SOW) development and management Excellent oral and written communication and time management skills Proven strong interpersonal skills and the ability to participate constructively and effectively in meetings with a clear understanding of individual action items Proactive problem-solving skills in communications with internal teams and clients Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite Familiarity with Project Management platforms, especially Adobe Workfront What We Offer
