LHH is seeking a strategic and experienced
HR Business Partner
to join our client. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in
mergers & acquisitions
and
multi-entity operations . The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving HR initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation. This role is 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support HR strategies during
mergers, acquisitions, and integrations , ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company culture and policies. Partner with leadership across
multiple entities
to deliver consistent HR support and guidance. Drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design initiatives. Provide coaching and consultation to managers on performance management, employee relations, and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and policies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of
7+ years of progressive HR experience , including direct involvement in M&A activities and multi-entity environments. Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational development, and change management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Additional Information
