Overview
Analyze data from service records, customer escalations, warranty, and other product-quality related data sources. Identify trends and relationships. Present data for global stakeholders. Summarize / synthesize data for recurring product quality reviews. Key Responsibilities Analyze lar*** datasets from service records, customer escalations, warranty data, and product quality reports. Work with Excel to analyze and structure data and identify trends and root causes of defects, supporting product improvement initiatives. Query databases using SQL (from scratch), Tableau, and other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data. Build Power BI dashboards and Smartsheets from scratch for automated, real-time data visualization. Develop and present insights to stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams. Automate data collection and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Transform and interpret complex log data from scanners and devices for meaningful analysis. Collaborate with global teams to improve data utilization and decision-making. Drive thought leadership, guiding teams on how to interpret/levera*** data for business impact.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Strong database querying skills (SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in M365, Excel (x/vlookups, pivot tables), and Smartsheets. Experience analyzing service records and customer support data and create dashboards in PowerBI and automate data refresh processes. Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a curiosity for uncovering insights. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings to leadership and stakeholders. Self-starter with thought leadership abilitynot just executing tasks but understanding the "why" behind the data. Experience with lar***-scale data transformation and visualization tools. Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Work Location
Expected to work in-person with the Comprehensive Care Ultrasound team, first at the Wauwatosa Research Park location, then at Waukesha Grandview. Employer & Location Notes

This role will play a critical part in data-driven decision-making for service requests, defects, and root cause issues, ultimately leveraging data and analytics to mitigate escalations and improve overall product quality.
