Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) Are you a true marketing nerd with a passion for social media advertising? Do you love building new things with a team motivated to win? We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This is an on-ground floor opportunity at a fast-growing specialty agency. The base pay range is $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr. Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts Serve as direct support to client contacts Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure quality, and identify improvements Build strategies for clients each quarter Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency Understand client positioning and unique value propositions Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM Manage personal productivity and utilization Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals Understand the value of programmatic campaigns Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI What You Offer

4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands-on support for B2B clients Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more) Proficiency with platforms and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense Ability to delegate to junior team members Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization Ability to analyze performance data using Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or similar tools Ability to drive results and measure via OCT Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc. Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts Ability to translate and articulate strategy with data-driven storytelling Competitive, curious problem solver with a growth mindset Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects Quality-focused and committed to sustainable advertising practice Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year per client or as needed What Success Looks Like
