$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a

strategic, data-driven marketing professional

to lead cross-functional initiatives and transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support high-level decision-making. This newly created role is highly collaborative, with the opportunity to directly influence marketing strategy and unified measurement practices across teams and regions. What You’ll Do

Lead and support key strategic initiatives, including

Unified Measurement, Cross-Functional Data Visualization Projects, and the Global Marketing Exchange . Partner with internal teams and agencies to provide clear, actionable insights through storytelling with data. Translate complex analytics into

strategic narratives for senior leadership , including presentations for the CMO and global stakeholders. Drive the rollout of a new

unified reporting tool , shifting from siloed reporting to holistic measurement. Conduct QA on data and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, governance, and consistency. Track the

full consumer journey

across media, creative, and buying strategies. Stay on top of

industry trends, tools, and methodologies

to continuously strengthen the analytics function. Who You Are

Strategic thinker with a strong background in

marketing analytics, insights, and storytelling . Able to take projects and run with them independently while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Skilled at turning raw data into

clear narratives

that drive decision-making. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong communicator with the ability to manage relationships across internal teams and external agencies. Qualifications

4+ years

in marketing data analysis. Automotive industry experience preferred ; agency/vendor experience a plus. Proficiency in

Excel and PowerPoint

for data manipulation and presentations. Familiarity with

Tableau, Adobe, GA4, and proprietary analytics tools . Strong process management skills; less technical focus, more on strategy and execution. Seniority level
