The Levity printer, shipping in 2026, will let customers print the impossible in their own facilities. POSITION OVERVIEW

As RLP’s Marketing Manager, you’ll be the voice of Gravity Free Manufacturing in the market—crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that showcase the power of our Levity printer and advanced elastomer capabilities. As the first in-house marketing hire, you’ll own and evolve our brand identity—building awareness, trust, and excitement around a manufacturing technology that changes what’s possible. You’ll work cross-functionally on product launches to drive customer adoption across industries. You’ll lead campaigns, creative direction, and brand governance, ensuring every touchpoint—from industry events to press coverage—communicates RLP’s innovation, precision, and impact. What you’ll do

Own the RLP brand system and narrative across channels—web, social, events, press, partner co‑marketing. Develop integrated campaigns that build awareness and consideration with engineers, operators, and executives across target industries. Build competitive intelligence and market segmentation models; influence product roadmap with data from win/loss, customer interviews, and usage analytics. Evolve and enforce brand guidelines (voice, visual identity) and manage creative production with internal and external partners. Plan flagship moments (announcements, demos, conferences) and ensure end‑to‑end consistency from teaser to post‑launch storytelling. Track brand health (traffic, SOV, share of positive coverage, aided/unaided awareness) and turn insights into strategy. What you’ll bring

4-7 years in product marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing for an innovation‑driven company. Portfolio of campaigns and assets that moved top‑of‑funnel metrics and influenced the pipeline. Strong creative direction skills and experience managing agencies/freelancers. Comfort working with technical subject matter; ability to brief designers/writers with clarity. Bonus: experience with hardware launches or industrial/B2B buyer journeys. Benefits
