Panel Builder Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Builder to join our team. This role involves assembling, wiring, and installing industrial control panels with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Head Panel Builder/Electrician and Chief Controls Engineer to ensure panels meet our companys high standards for safety, functionality, and craftsmanship. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, wire, and install industrial control panels.Read and interpret electrical schematics; identify and mark any errors.Collaborate with the Panel Builder Lead and Chief Controls Engineer to determine the best layout and wiring methods for custom projects.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe panel build area. Other Job RequirementsAccurately track time spent on individual jobs.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Ability to lift and handle materials weighing over 35 lbs.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Demonstrates pride in workmanship and commitment to quality.Consistently conducts oneself in a professional manner, upholding the companys reputation and values.
